It was heartening to see media n youth come out n protest against increased rate of crime against women.
The most heinous ones which nobody can deny are Molestation and Rape.

Every coin has however got two faces. Another perspective of rape n molestation is to b seen as every Indian has right to be heard.
The truth behind such cases are their is steep rise in false accusations too. Needless to mention that because of excessive sensationalize by media. These accused men and their families which also include mothers sisters n daughters(all women) suffer. A false accusation of rape does much more damage.
A falsely accused men first goes through the trauma of being sent behind bars. He's demonized by media, socially ,physically n emotionally abused. He has to undergo a long drawn legal battle.
UN charter says "innocent till proven guilty" however Indian laws / media/ society paint the man black n now the statement becomes " Guilty untill proven innocent". Even if after long drawn legal battle he wins. Society looks at him with the most dubious thoughts. Battered n bruised by law, he's left with no option but to go for a hiding or die in silence.

Women cry foul on media. Media shows every women stating they feel unsafe
If I drive on road I can always meet an accident. All I need to do is to drive carefully. This analogy holds good in most of the cases. Even if i am driving carefully still accident happens but that's how life is?? Should I Start feeling unsafe every time i travel.
For any molestation or similar case their are more men on streets than women fighting for strict punishment. If we see their are more good men as compared to bad ones however men's in general are branded as rapist and molester.
I simply fail to understand how places unsafe for women are safe for men. Yes women's are prone to sexual assault. However no one can guarantee the safety of men in all such places where women are exposed to crime
.
Women's who go and file false cases of molestation and rape are doing a bigger damage to woman kind.
The accused may be bread earner of an entire family which means to safe guard one unscrupulous women we jeopardize livelihood and security of mothers and sisters of the accused, as in a family its they who suffer most because of false accusation of the bread winner of family.
Now what's the solution
1. Why is Rape law not gender neutral for this matter why not all the laws are gender neutral.
All come up with arguments that one men can't be raped and two women can't rape men .
If thats true why not make the law gender neutral. This should not b a problems.

2. Introduce a misuse clause.
Since no One can understand the agony of being falsely accused of rape. Let their b the mightiest punishment.meant for guilty. But law should b able to differentiate and protect the innocent.
If a women is found misusing it, she should get an equal punishment which was meant for guilty.
The way state fights for such unscrupulous women , it should b equally enthusiastic 2 punish the false case initiators.
3, Identity to be Hidden
Not Only in the Rape and Molestation cases however in all the cases irrespective of Men or Women. The Identity of accused should not be disclosed till the person is convicted.
4. Media Should cover the Convictions rather than accusation
Media trials & their coverage of men in poor light is influencing the Status of cases against men. Also putting a person to public shame because of false accusation may lead to life long trauma.
Because of this very reason a rape accused when relived of accusation after serving 4 years of imprisonment had to plead to Supreme Court of India "To restore his Dignity"
5. Rehabilitation program of falsely accused.
False accusations are on a rise and we still don't realize threat of false cases are also among the major reason of Suicide.
Nevertheless for the survivors of Such accusations, restoration of a steady life style is the basic human right. The relived "Accused" Should receive due compensation from State/ Cost from the complainant/ State.
6. Speedy Trial
Let their be a Speedy trial. The law already has a provision of 2 months. So that the guilty must be punished and innocent relieved.
Hopefully we all take a lesson from here in. "The Naked Truth" Not all women are true and not all men are Wrong.
Instead of spreading misandry lets analyse issues with utmost sensitivity for both the genders. both the genders deserve justice equally.
Lets respect human and human alone.
